How long does my order take to be delivered?

We post orders every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday via Royal Mail.

If you place an order with us on a Monday, we’ll pop it in the post on Tuesday, so it should be with you by Friday that week.

We will keep you notified when your order is posted so you know when to expect delivery.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Unfortunately for our international friends, we only ship to addresses within the UK.

What is your refund policy? 

In line with current legislation (The Consumer Rights Act 2015), refunds will only be given in relation to items purchased via this shop if they are faulty.

What will my order be delivered in?

We’re committed to reducing waste wherever possible, which is why we often reuse clean packaging materials, such as the plastic bags we often get when we order yarn from our suppliers, when preparing your order.

Rather than investing in fancy branded bags, boxes and fillers, we’re focusing on what really matters - getting your yarn to you safely while keeping our environmental impact and costs as low as we can.

Rest assured, every order is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in excellent condition, just with a little less waste along the way.
